How to use Window Mode, DXwnd

For of all this guide is for a program called DXwnd.
This program allows you to play almost every game windowed.

This guide if for Windows XP, Vista is below this guide. [scroll down]

1. Download DXwnd

2. Unzip the files into a folder to your liking.

3. Start dxwnd.exe

4. Rightclick into the white screen and click Add



5. You get a window with all kinds of options. [Dont freak out ^-^]

6. Click the [...] button and look for your SmS launcher
[Remember to add .exe behind the program, because else it wont work]

7. Click the DirectX8 option.

It should look something like this.



8. Click Ok

9. If you want to play, Select the link and Rightclick.

10. Click Execute.

Now it SHOULD start in windowed mode..
if it doesnt.. read this guide carefully.

How to get it to work guide on Vista

1. Right click on your dxwnd launcher.

2. Click properties

3. Click on the compatability tab

4. Tick "Run this program in compatability mode"

5. Choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2)

6. Tick Run this program as an administrator

7. Click Show settings for all users

8. Tick run this program in compatability mode Windows xp service pack 2

10. Tick run this program as an administrator

11. Click OK

12. Click OK again.

13. NOW GO PLAY CLOWNMS <3
